Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 16, 2026

WHO BILLS YOU. Purchases made through www.prologs.us are processed and billed by Pro Solution, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, on behalf of Prologs. Pro Solution, LLC is the merchant of record and the name that will appear on your card or bank statement. For billing questions contact accounting@prosolutionllc.us.

These Website Terms and Conditions ("Website Terms") apply to your use of www.prologs.us (the "Site") and to equipment orders you place through the Site. Purchases and the use of Prologs devices, software, and subscriptions are also governed by our Terms of Service, and our collection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. If you place an order, you agree to all three documents. If they conflict on an order or billing matter, the Terms of Service control.

1. About Us

The Site is operated by Prologs, a provider of electronic logging devices (ELDs), software, and fleet compliance services for motor carriers in the United States. Support: (630) 538-3515, info@prologs.us.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

2.1 By accessing the Site you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.2 The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for their company.

3. Use of the Site

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or to harm others; attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, or networks; interfere with or overload the Site; use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data without written consent; transmit malware; submit false or misleading information, including false company or USDOT details; or use the Site to build a competing service.

4. Ordering Through the Website

4.1 Order Form. You can order ELD devices, cables, and accessories through the Order Form on the Site. You must provide accurate company name, USDOT number, contact details, phone, email, and shipping address.

4.2 Offer and acceptance. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it by sending an order confirmation or by shipping the equipment. We may decline or cancel any order (for example for stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or payment failure) and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

4.3 Immediate charge by Pro Solution, LLC. When you complete checkout, your card or bank account (ACH debit) is charged immediately for the order total. The charge is made by Pro Solution, LLC on behalf of Prologs, using our payment processor, Stripe. You will see "Pro Solution, LLC" (or a similar abbreviation) on your statement.

4.4 What is charged. The order total includes the equipment price, shipping (ground or overnight, charged at cost), 6.25% sales tax on devices and cables (not on shipping), and, for card payments, a processing fee of approximately 3%. ACH bank debit has no processing fee.

4.5 Invoices. An invoice or receipt is sent to the email you provide. Invoices are due within one (1) day.

4.6 Saved payment methods and subscriptions. A monthly ELD subscription is mandatory for every device. When you place an order you may be asked to save your payment method and authorize recurring charges for subscription fees and other amounts owed. The authorization terms are in Section 7 of the Terms of Service, including how to revoke them and what happens if a payment fails.

4.7 Cancellation, shipping, returns, and warranty. You can cancel an order before it ships. Shipping, risk of loss, returns, refunds, and warranty are covered in the Terms of Service.

4.8 Pricing and availability. Prices and product availability may change without notice and are not guaranteed until your order is accepted. We try to display prices accurately and may correct errors, including by cancelling an order and refunding it.

4.9 Payment disputes. Please contact accounting@prosolutionllc.us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks are handled under the Terms of Service.

5. FMCSA Compliance Disclaimer

Prologs devices and software are designed to meet FMCSA ELD technical requirements. Information on the Site is general and is not legal or regulatory advice. Purchasing or using the Services does not guarantee compliance or protect against violations or fines.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROLOGS SOLUTIONS LLC, PRO SOLUTION, LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. LIABILITY FOR PURCHASES IS LIMITED AS STATED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prologs, Pro Solution, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Website Terms or of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

13. Termination of Access

We may suspend or block access to the Site at any time, including for suspected abuse, fraud, or non-payment.

14. Changes

We may update these Website Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.

15. Governing Law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and dispute procedures are set out in the Terms of Service.

16. Severability and Entire Agreement
